For years, I was caught up in the cycle so many of us find ourselves in: striving to meet societal expectations, climbing the corporate ladder, and chasing a version of success that didn’t feel like my own. On the surface, I had everything I was “supposed” to want—a stable paycheck, benefits, and a title that looked good on paper. But deep down, I knew something was missing.

Every day felt like a performance, like I was putting on a mask that didn’t fit. I was spending my time, energy, and talent on work that didn’t align with my purpose. I was checking all the boxes except the ones that mattered most—authenticity, freedom, truth, and joy.
