1. Tell us your story: Who are you, and what inspired you to start your Substack?

I spent 15 years climbing the corporate ladder, traveling to over 120 countries, working with global brands, and making all the “right” career moves—until I realized I was playing by someone else’s rules. So I quit. No plan, no safety net, just a gut feeling that I needed to build something of my own.

That journey led me to experimenting with different businesses, from art to brand strategy, and ultimately discovering the power of writing. I started sharing what I learned about personal branding, content monetization, and building a career on your own terms. My Substack, How We Grow, is a reflection of that—helping people design a career (and life) that isn’t dictated by outdated rules.
