I’m Leo Elaine—a tech-savvy business strategist, coach, and visionary blending AI, automation, and empowerment with storytelling. After spending years navigating the corporate world and overcoming trauma from systemic racism and sexism, I realized my power lay in helping other women, especially Black women, claim their space in entrepreneurship. I started my Substack to create a space where bold, unapologetic women can learn to scale their businesses with ease, alignment, and abundance. It’s my way of sharing not just strategies but also stories, humor, and empowerment to help them thrive.
